Instructions
- Preheat your grill or griddle.
- Combine shrimp, sweet corn, creamy sauce, and seasoning in a large bowl.
- Place the mixture in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Fold the edges of the foil to create a packet, sealing it tightly.
- Grill the foil packets for about 10-15 minutes, until the shrimp is cooked through and corn is tender.
- Carefully open the packets and serve hot, garnished with chopped herbs if desired.
