Ingredients
Scale
- 5 cups kale, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Combine kale, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
Store kale chips in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best eaten fresh but can be stored for a couple of days. Re-crisp in the air fryer if they become soggy.
