- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked orzo, drained tuna, cooked lentils, lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well mixed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep.
