- 8 slices whole grain bread

- 1 cucumber

- dark chocolate hearts
- optional dips (ranch or hummus)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sandwiches: Spread cream cheese on whole-grain bread slices and cut them into fun shapes. Assemble with fresh fruit in between.
- Cut the Veggies: Wash and slice the carrots and cucumber into sticks. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
- Assemble the Lunchbox: Place one sandwich shape in each lunchbox alongside a handful of veggie sticks and a small container of dip if desired.
