Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cheese cubes
  • handful of popcorn
  • dark chocolate hearts
  • optional dips (ranch or hummus)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sandwiches: Spread cream cheese on whole-grain bread slices and cut them into fun shapes. Assemble with fresh fruit in between.
  2. Cut the Veggies: Wash and slice the carrots and cucumber into sticks. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
  3. Assemble the Lunchbox: Place one sandwich shape in each lunchbox alongside a handful of veggie sticks and a small container of dip if desired.
  4. Add Snacks and Treats: Include cheese cubes and popcorn in each box, finishing with one or two dark chocolate hearts.
