- 1 liter (4 cups) vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 g (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring the broth to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the orzo and cook until tender yet al dente, about 8โ10 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a separate sautรฉ pan and sautรฉ the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Drain the orzo and transfer it to the sautรฉ pan with garlic, tossing to combine.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley until the cheese melts.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve warm.
