Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8โ10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Once the cookie crust is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
