  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients and sauces (10-12 minutes).
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, hoisin, and chili flakes (1 minute).
  3. Scramble the egg in a heated skillet and set aside (2-3 minutes).
  4. Sautรฉ mushrooms and aromatics in oil until fragrant (6-8 minutes).
  5. Brown the chicken in the same skillet (6-7 minutes).
  6. Stir in rice and remaining sauce, combine with vegetables and eggs (4-6 minutes).
