- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try a higher temperature or broil for a couple of minutes at the end.
