  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using before serving.
