- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) prosciutto
- 150 g (5 oz) fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water and cook according to instructions.
- Slice prosciutto into thin pieces and cut mozzarella into sticks.
- Lay nori on bamboo mat and spread sushi rice over it, leaving a border.
- Place prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil in the center of the rice.
- Roll the nori tightly while applying gentle pressure.
- Slice the roll into 8-10 pieces with a sharp knife.
Notes
