A foolproof, flavor-packed method to recreate Pizza Hut-style cheese sticks at home using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan over half of the dough.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese and seal the edges firmly.
- Cut the folded dough into 1-inch strips.
- Brush each stick with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with additional garlic butter after baking. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
