- 1 large egg
- 170 g (1ยฝ cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ยผ teaspoon salt
- 100 g (ยฝ cup) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Mash the 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in 100 g (ยฝ cup) granulated sugar, 50 g (ยผ cup) melted butter, and 1 egg until combined.
- Whisk together 170 g (1ยฝ cups) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ยผ teaspoon salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients using a rubber spatula.
- Fold in 100 g (ยฝ cup) chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two mini loaf pans.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the mini loaves in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
