  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other toppings of your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over each half of the English muffins.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Top with pepperoni slices or any other toppings you prefer. Sprinkle with dried oregano and garlic powder if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
