Description

Ingredients

  • 120 ml (ยฝ cup) Heavy Cream
  • 100 g (1 cup, shredded) Cheddar Cheese
  • 150 g Fresh Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
  2. Prepare the spinach by sautรฉing in a skillet over medium heat for 2โ€“3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and cream in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the sautรฉed spinach and cheddar cheese with the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Avoid overcooking to prevent rubbery texture. Prepare the egg mixture beforehand for convenience.
