- 100 g (1 cup, shredded) Cheddar Cheese
- 150 g Fresh Spinach
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
- Prepare the spinach by sautรฉing in a skillet over medium heat for 2โ3 minutes until wilted.
- Whisk together the eggs and cream in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the sautรฉed spinach and cheddar cheese with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
