Instructions
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the battered cauliflower until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in another bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider baking the cauliflower in the oven instead of frying. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
