Description

Delightful crispy fried cauliflower combined with a spicy bang bang sauce, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  2. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well coated.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the battered cauliflower until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in another bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the cauliflower in the oven instead of frying. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
