- 60 ml (ยผ cup) honey
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Chinese five spice powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully mixed.
- Marinate the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl. Mix well, ensuring all wings are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the Wings: Remove the wings from the marinade and shake off the excess. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry the Wings: Cook the wings at 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove the wings and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra crispiness, sprinkle a little cornstarch on the wings before air frying. The wings can be marinated overnight for enhanced flavor.
