Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
  • 2 ears Corn on the cob
  • 1 cup Creamy sauce (e.g., ranch dressing, yogurt sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill.
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the corn on the cob until charred and tender.
  6. Add the chicken skewers to the grill and cook until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve the skewers with the charred corn and drizzle with the creamy sauce and lime juice.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. You can also add veggies to the skewers for more color and nutrition.
