Instructions

  1. Prepare sugared cranberries: In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer, add cranberries, and simmer until slightly softened. Toss in remaining granulated sugar and let dry.
  2. Melt chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. If making choux from scratch: Pipe rounds and bake until golden. For store-bought puffs, ensure they are at room temperature.
  4. Fill the puffs with your desired filling.
  5. Dip filled puffs in melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
  6. Assemble the wreath by arranging the chocolate-coated puffs in a circular pattern on a serving platter.
