Description
A creamy and rich cheesy garlic parmesan spaghetti thatโs perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 250 g (9 oz) Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 240 ml (1 cup) Heavy Cream
- 100 g (1 cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 60 g (ยผ cup) Butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 1.5 liters of water in a large pot. Add salt and the spaghetti. Cook according to package directions until al dente, about 8โ10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 2โ3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined. Gradually Add grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce and toss well to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add more pasta water until desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Serve with a fresh salad or garlic bread. For drinks, pair with white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
