Description

A delicious and healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal recipe that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate into a wholesome baked treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup milk (of choice)
  • 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 chocolate square
  • a few chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Set your oven or air fryer to 350ยบF (175ยบC).
  2. Add the rolled oats to a blender or food processor and pulse until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
  3. Into the same blender, add the banana, milk, peanut butter, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  4. Sample the batter and adjust sweetness or peanut butter amount to your liking.
  5. Pour the blended batter into a heat-proof bowl or ramekin.
  6. Press a chocolate square into the center of the batter and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top.
  7. If using an oven, bake for 20-25 minutes. In an air fryer, bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
