  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lime (zested and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime zest until well combined.
  3. Lightly season the salmon filet with salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
