Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime zest until well combined.
- Lightly season the salmon filet with salt and pepper on both sides to taste.
