- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- ยผ cup Buffalo sauce
- ยฝ cup blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ยผ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 3 green onions (finely chopped)
- 6 medium tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, crumbled blue cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add the cooked shredded chicken and finely chopped green onions to the mixture. Fold everything together thoroughly.
- Evenly divide the mixture across each tortilla, spreading it into an even layer.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a pinwheel shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
Notes
- These pinwheels can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
- Adjust the spice level by using more or less Buffalo sauce.
- Serve with additional Buffalo sauce for dipping.
