- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or on a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
- Combine soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beef evenly.
- Add the green beans and cook for another 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve hot as a balanced meal.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust red pepper flakes according to your heat preference.
