Description
A healthy and flavorful Air Fried Korean Chili Cauliflower dish coated in a spicy gochujang sauce, perfect as a snack or side.

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure all cauliflower florets are cut to similar sizes for even cooking. Adjust the amount of gochujang based on your spice preference.
