  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest over medium heat until heated through.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle the lemon sauce on top.
