- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest over medium heat until heated through.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle the lemon sauce on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
