  • 12 thin strips lemon peel
  • Pinch cinnamon or 1/8 tsp ground

Instructions

  1. Choose your base: filtered water, green tea, or a light broth.
  2. Measure your botanicals: combine the water with the tea leaves, dandelion root, ginger, lemon peel, and cinnamon.
  3. Prepare the drink: for hot infusion, boil the water, add spices, simmer 3–5 minutes, remove heat, add green tea, steep for 2–4 minutes. For cold steep, refrigerate combined ingredients for 6–12 hours.
  4. Strain the infusion through a fine mesh strainer and taste. Adjust with sweetener if needed.
