Instructions

  3. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Carefully stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared pans.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
