A delicious and tangy strawberry rhubarb pie, perfect for springtime desserts.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 premade pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, flour, and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot with butter pieces.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes until the filling is bubbly.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
