Sausage and cream cheese bites made with Grands biscuits are a simple, delicious bite made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for an appetizer that is sure to satisfy your crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 (16.3 ounce can) Grands Flaky Biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a regular muffin tin.
  2. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease once the sausage is fully cooked.
  3. Add in the diced peppers. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Keep stirring until the cream cheese melts.
  4. Turn the heat off. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced green onions.
  5. Take a biscuit and pull it apart in half. Place one of the biscuit halves in a muffin cup. Push the biscuit into the cup to make a crust.
  6. Continue until all of the muffin cups have a biscuit.
  7. Fill each biscuit with the sausage mixture, about 2 tablespoons of mixture.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit turns golden brown.
  9. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin pan.
