Description
Sausage and cream cheese bites made with Grands biscuits are a simple, delicious bite made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for an appetizer that is sure to satisfy your crowd.

- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 (16.3 ounce can) Grands Flaky Biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a regular muffin tin.
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease once the sausage is fully cooked.
- Add in the diced peppers. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Keep stirring until the cream cheese melts.
- Turn the heat off. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced green onions.
- Take a biscuit and pull it apart in half. Place one of the biscuit halves in a muffin cup. Push the biscuit into the cup to make a crust.
- Continue until all of the muffin cups have a biscuit.
- Fill each biscuit with the sausage mixture, about 2 tablespoons of mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit turns golden brown.
- Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin pan.
