Description
These pizza bombs are easy to make with canned biscuit dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella. They are great for game night or movie night.

- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (16.3-ounce) can Grands Biscuits Southern Homestyle
- 1 cup pizza sauce, divided
- 8 ounces mozzarella, cut into 24 cubes
- ½ cup halved pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Separate the biscuit dough and press or roll out the dough to ⅛ inch thick. Spread a tablespoon of sauce over the dough. Top with three small cubes of mozzarella and several slices of halved pepperoni.
- Bring the edges of the dough circle up to close and pinch to seal.
- Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, then brush them with the butter mixture. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce.
