- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cheese slices (American or cheddar)
- Miniburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well and form into small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until done. Add cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a tater tot on each bun, then a beef patty, lettuce, and tomato.
- Close with the top bun and secure with a toothpick if desired.
- Serve with ketchup and mustard.
Notes
