Description

A simple yet flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.


Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic oil.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of chili flakes for desired spiciness. This dish is best served immediately.
