- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- Reserved cookie crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese (10–20 minutes).
- Crush the Biscoff cookies (5 minutes).
- Mix base ingredients until cohesive (5–10 minutes).
- Chill the mixture (30–60 minutes).
- Portion and shape into 1-inch balls (10–20 minutes).
- Pre-chill the formed truffles (15–20 minutes).
- Melt the white chocolate (5–10 minutes).
- Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate (5–15 minutes).
- Garnish and set (5 minutes + chilling).
- Store and enjoy (up to 1–2 weeks).
Notes
For a special touch, drizzle warm cookie butter over the dipped truffles.
