A crowd-pleasing appetizer, these Brie Bites with Cranberry Crunch combine creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce inside flaky pastry shells.

- 1 sheet All-butter Puff Pastry (Thawed properly for flakiness)
- 8 oz Brie Cheese (Rind is edible but can be removed)
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce (Homemade or high-quality store-bought)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (Toast to enhance richness)
- 2 tbsp Honey (Drizzle to create a sweet glaze)
- 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary (Optional garnish for flavor and presentation)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Press each pastry square into the greased muffin tin.
- Fill each pastry cup with a cube of brie cheese.
- Top each brie cube with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Mix chopped walnuts with honey and spoon over each filled pastry.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
