Ingredients

  • 1 sheet All-butter Puff Pastry (Thawed properly for flakiness)
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese (Rind is edible but can be removed)
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce (Homemade or high-quality store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (Toast to enhance richness)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (Drizzle to create a sweet glaze)
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary (Optional garnish for flavor and presentation)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into the greased muffin tin.
  4. Fill each pastry cup with a cube of brie cheese.
  5. Top each brie cube with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Mix chopped walnuts with honey and spoon over each filled pastry.
  7. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
