Delicious ham and cheese sliders baked as a single unit, perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

- 12 slider rolls
- 12–18 slices of deli ham
- 8–10 oz Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by slicing cheese and ham as needed.
- Split the rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom intact.
- Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Replace the top layer of rolls and brush with butter-mustard glaze.
- Bake covered at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, then broil uncovered for 2-4 minutes until golden.
- Let sliders rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispy bottom, lightly toast the cut sides of the rolls before assembling.
