Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Cups you’ll love.

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mini marshmallows while stirring consistently until smooth and gooey, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract (if using) until fully combined.
- Pour the Rice Krispies cereal into a large bowl. Add the peanut butter mixture and gently fold until coated evenly.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon the mixture into each cup, pressing down to form a flat surface, about 1/4 inch high.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Spoon over each cup and spread evenly.
- Allow the cups to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, or refrigerate until firm. Peel away the paper liners and serve.
