  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and mini marshmallows while stirring consistently until smooth and gooey, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract (if using) until fully combined.
  3. Pour the Rice Krispies cereal into a large bowl. Add the peanut butter mixture and gently fold until coated evenly.
  4. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon the mixture into each cup, pressing down to form a flat surface, about 1/4 inch high.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Spoon over each cup and spread evenly.
  6. Allow the cups to cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, or refrigerate until firm. Peel away the paper liners and serve.
