Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Carefully scoop out a small amount of flesh from the center of each avocado half to create a larger cavity for the filling.
- Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture into the avocado halves, packing it in gently.
- Drizzle the stuffed avocados with balsamic glaze for added flavor.
- Serve immediately as a fresh appetizer or light meal.
