Description
Buffalo Chicken Dip Egg Rolls are a spicy and creamy appetizer wrapped in crispy egg roll skins.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
- These can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
